How can I set fast readable snapshot when tables in my master tables does not have primary key constraints.

Another question is:

I have about 14gb database. If snapshot can not be set, I want to do complete export at the beginning and incremental every day. How fast it will be for exp then imp???

My environment
NT4.0, Oracle 8
Hardware (Compaq high end server with RAID)
