ORA-06110 (NETTCP)

(Apologies if this has been posted twice ..... news server seems to be playing up again ......)

A couple of our machines (running 16-bit Access) have started throwing up this error (ORA-06110). I've trawled through ALL the manuals I have access to, but
haven't come accross this message.
Anyone ?
