What you should do is forward the email to his employer: Postmaster @ oracle.com would do, and request that they investigate the problem, and if Jason really sent the message, ask that they prevent their employees from harassing you.
If course, if Jason Durbin didn't log on to the system on Saturday ... he and you are both being misused by an unknown user. System logs and the security logs will show whether the person you accuse of harassing you was even in the building.
Actually, the style is not that of any technical writer _I_ have ever met. They tend to use fewer four-letter words and far better grammar.

Unless I were to recieve one of these messages myself, I would never call person A, to complain about person B, just because someone using an anonymous emailer requested me to. That's harassing by proxy.
As you have the entire employment information: call the
corporation on Monday and ask to speak to the head of Human
Resources, or Jason's manager. Let them know what is going on,
and they will take care of it.
