Oracle Reports - Creating temporary files

I am trying to run Reports on a Windows NT system which has user security on
application directories.



When reports starts it tries to create a temporary file but fails because of
the security.  (It works using an NT Admin logon)



My problem is I have not been able to determine wher Reports is trying to
create the temporary file.



Can anyone help?
