In spite of the above answer, I don't believe that a v1 SqlNet can access and Oracle 7.3 version - there is no listener that can 'talk' to a version 1 sqlnet - the forms 3.0 may work if there is a v2 sqlNet connection, but the server needs to be running SqlNet v2 ( there may be a way to specify a v1-type connect alias in the v2 listener, but its still v2 ) Received on Fri Jan 23 1998 - 00:00:00 CST
