Dev/2000: Want to change the application title.

I'm a VB/Access programmer, so pardon this stupid question:

I want the title across the top of my application's window to be something appropriate, not "Developer/2000....". I've changed every "Title" property I can find, but obviously not the correct one. The ones I have changed are appearing in brackets ("[...]") next to the descriptive "Developer/2000..." blurb.

Ya know, why are the simplest little things so hard in Oracle?
