Problems about using ODBC in VC++ 4.0

I'm now trying to using ODBC class on Visual C++ 4.0. What I use is
Oracle ODBC driver 2.50.30.6. I have set up the Oracle ODBC driver
successfully and have gone through the Oracle ODBC test. The problem is
when I ran my program, a error window came out "static cursor required
for snapshots". I have no idea what's going on. Can somebody help me?
