Personal Oracle 7 documentation

For reasons known only to Oracle, the documentation for personal oracle 7
is in HTML documents, readable only with a browser.  The SQL reference file
itself is about 900k and takes about 5 minutes to load into my browser -
not practical for quick lookups.



Does anyone know where I can get the reference in help file format, or do I
just have to buy a book?
