PO Lite needs an ODBC connection.
Insatll the ODBC driver
then try
USERNAME: OOT_SCH
PASSWORD: ANY GARBAGE (PO LITE doesn't use password)
CONNECT TO: ODBC:POLITE
It's in the documentation
