ODBC Driver (2.05.03.01.0B)

We are using MS Access 97 to report upon Orcacle 7.3 data using the latest ODBC Driver (2.05.03.01.0B)
that our company's desktop support just received. Supposedly, these are brand new and just off beta.

We've discovered a new error with the latest ODBC Driver (2.05.03.01.0B)

Open any MS Access97 Database with an attached Oracle 7.3 table using the above driver.
Open any Oracle table.
Close the table.
Wait 5-10 minutes.
Try opening any attached Oracle table.

On all our systems (Banyan Vines Network). MS Access 97 crashes. The message:
"MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault in module MSJET35.DLL at 014f:040d375d"

We found that the error goes away if we use the Intersolv ODBC drivers, OR, we use the previous version of Oracle ODBC drivers (ver 1.01.05.03.01).

Does anyone have any sugggestions
