Help me with JDBC linking problem

Hi,

I am trying to compile the Employee.java sample from Oracle in NT. It compile OK but gave me this error at runtime:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no oci733jdbc in shared library path

Is there an environment variable like LD_LIBRARY_PATH in UNIX need to set?
If so, how to set it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
