Is SQLPlus supported on SunOS 5.5.1 Generic sun4u sparc?

I have a Web Server running on a Sparc SunOS 5.5.1. We need to access
the Oracle database from this Web Server
using SQL*Plus. Will SQL*Plus V3.2.3.0.0 run on this Sun Server?
