refreshing a web page after selecting an option.

Using html generated using Oracle web server...
is there a way to refresh the page with new data after a
selection is made from a pick list.



I want to have a list with components and after a component is
selected a second list pop up with a pick list of the brands of
the components.



Any suggestions?
