Paul,
I am looking for the same.  I have just inherited a large application 
running on Oracle Webserver and it is in really bad shape.  I will need 
to rewrite much of it (and probably throw away the rest) some time in 
'98.  If I find any such standards I will pass then on to you.  Please be 
kind enough to do the same.
