Q: Oracle Training for DBA

I'm new to Oracle, and I feel like I could sink up past my eye balls without too much trouble!

So, what's the point with "Oracle Masters" and "Oracle Certified Professional" training tracks or programs? Do I want one or the the other, or both - assuming the budget can support the expense?

It looks like the "masters" plans involve a lot more training, while the "OCP" gives you a test from an outside company.
