I've solved the problem.



It's caused by wrong old version of msvcrt40.dll in the <win>\system32
directory.


Maybe I was wrong, it didn't seem like it was IE4 who posted the wrong old
version of msvcrt40.dll. Maybe some other software?



I replaced the msvcrt40.dll with an new one, then the "Invalid dynamic link
call" problem solved.
