Hello Ram,

Your problem is due to you not entering the connection string which tells the Oracle which database to connect to. With 7.3 you will be using SQL*Net V2 and therefore you need to enter an alias which describes the database. I can't remember the default alias, perhaps someone else can remember. It should be in the documentation, perhaps under TNS names?
