How many Users on Oracle

Hi!

How many users could be connected to ORACLE7 - Enterprise Server (Windows NT) at the same time?
Is there a limit. What will happen, if more users will be connected (bad performance, etc.)?

The following variations might be used as database-Server:

	CPU : 1 * Pentium Pro 200	
	RAM : 256 MB	
B:			
	CPU : 2* Pentium Pro 200	
	RAM : 256 MB	
C:			
	CPU : 1 * Pentium Pro 200	
	RAM : 512 MB	
			
D:			
	CPU : 2 * Pentium Pro 200	
	RAM : 512 MB
