PL/SQL - Need table copy proc

Kind people,



I need a PL/SQL proc that reads the records
from one table and writes them to another table.



I've got one somewhere but don't have time to
drive home and locate it.  If anyone could help
me out by emailing a copy to me, I'd greatly
appreciate it.
