Update data and Sendmail at same time!

How to write a web program to update the data in database and
send mails to the Administrator? I'm using Oracle
Web Server 2.1 for NT, and Oracle7 Database server. I have
written some PL/SQL web application. But I still odnt'
know how to send mails and update info when the users
access it through web.



Anybody can help me?
