ORA-03121 - Newbie question

Oracle gurus:

I know there have been some threads along this line already, but I still can't seem to make things work - so if you'll just bear with me, I'm sure there's an easy solution to this problem:

This is my setup:
Oracle 7.3.3 server on Digital Unix 4.0b SQL*Net 2.3.3

NT 3.51 client with SQL*Net 2.3.3 using tcp/ip

I can connect to my database through sqlplus with no problem (which prompts me for a username, password and host string). When I try and run the Developer 2000 Forms Demo (specifically, building the tables), I get a ORA-03121 error and then it prompts me for a username. If I enter a username and password, I still receive the same error.

I thank you from the bottom of my newbie heart for any help given!
