What sorts of questions does one need to ask (regarding their particular
database) to define the best sized block?

Additional questions about blocks:

	- How much overhead exists in a particular block and
	  is the amount of overhead irrespective of block size?
	- Specifically what information is kept in the block header?
	  (column names, specifications, .....?)

Response to these questions will be greatly appreciated!
