ODC proceedings

I participated in the Oracle Developer Conference in Paris 1996. I am trying to fetch the proceedings from the Oracle server (yes, I know it's kind of late). But I seem to have forgotten my ODC username and password. I thought I remembered, but what I tried didn't work.

Does anyone know if they have shut down access to the site ?

Does Oracle have a URL or email address for this kind of general query ? I'm having trouble finding such a thing. I have tried technical support, but they might not be able to help me.

Please answer by mail too, I don't read this group very often.
