There is only one official tutorial that know of for each of these products...By Steven Edelsetein "Learning Oracle Forms 4.5" and
"Learning Oracle Reports 2.5". They are for the beginner and take you
step by step through using each of the tools. As far as Forms 4.5 Goes, Lulushi's book "Developing Oracle Forms" is a good bet. It covers every piece of the tool and is full of tips.
