Converting Forms1.1 16Bit to Forms1.3 32Bit

Hallo

we have a lot of stuff developped with Oracle Developper/2000 Release 1.1 for Windows and must port it to Oracle Developper/2000 Release 1.3 for Windows NT. The problem is that all controls in the Release 1.3 are shown one pixel high and running the form ispossible because of controls exeeding the canvas. Oracle Support mentioned to apply the patch GUI23.EXE which did not help. Has anyone else the same problems and any solution for us? Redesiging all forms is inpossible and cant be necessary because Oracle is responsible to make this conversion easy. Any information would be helpful.
