To move data from Oracle to Access or back, you will need to use a tool which can make connections dbs and do the needful. One such tool would be Access... You can use its Export/Import features to move data. Another tool would be Oracle Power Objects, which allows dragging and dropping of tables between dbs... though the tool is meant more for app development rather than data management.
