HR/Accounting software

Hello

My company is looking for a good HR/Accounting package that we can use with Oracle. Currently, the only information we have is about oracle financials. I would like to know if anyone else is using anything else with their Oracle DB for HR/Accounting.

We currently use solomon(on a stand alone pc)
