SECURITY RISKS - executive summary

I'm doing a survey for CITY University London to investigate the perceived and actual security risks of doing business online.

If you hold a managerial position in your company's IS department I would be grateful
if you could complete a questionnaire.

All respondents will receive an executive summary of the project (containing details of the investigation, charts and summaries).

Information will be treated in the strictest confidence. Respondents can be anonymous and can decide to only answer questions they are comfortable with.
