Connecting local to Oracle on NT Workstation

I tried to connect local to Oracle Server 7 on NT Workstation.



How must I configure SQL-NET ?



I tried it with the Bequeath Protocol with computer name localhost
And with TCP-IP whith IP Adress localhost



I always get the error ORA-12154 TNS could not resolve Sercice Name



But I can conncect to the starter db oracle (ORCL) whithout giving a 
SQL NET service name.
