Calling DLL

Hi!

Friend of mine asked me to post this to a Oracle related newsgroup.

He's got a problem with calling DLL's. Particularly, commdlg.dll, for standard windows open dialog. He says, that it's a problem with strings. I'll be not very helpful, since I don't know Oracle (although have experience with windoze programming).

So, if you know something, that can be helpful, write to me. Thx in advance. (even better, you can mail me source, if you alerady have one).
