hi caesar,

i'm working in the same environment like you - and i have had the same problems a few weeks ago.
try to give oracle as much as u can give - memory (50M shine fine), 200 cursors ...

look in the generated log files in %ORACLE_HOME%/bin. with this error u hav to do a new install of the repository.
