Can't create second database on AIX

Configuration:
AIX 4.1
Oracle 7.3.2.2.0

After creating the first database, several tests were done on AIX. Now I'm trying to create a second DB (another instance name, of course) but I'm getting errors on the command

        startup nomount -p....
The error is like : unsufficient privilegs ... I am Oracle7-user, have write permissions to the database-dirs.

Could someone provide me a list with all the files of Oracle7 and the database.

ls -lR > ....

Reinstalling Oracle7 is NOT an option there the first database is alive 24/24

Perhaps there is and s-bit wrong ?
