Can't connect to SQL+ Server on Standalone Win95

Help:



I'm having problems connecting to the SQL+.  I've tried the
passwords/users/host strings all suggested on the WEB page to no avail. 
Anyone have a clue?  I can't even get to first base.  My background is
Delphi/SQL calls to Interbase/Paradox tables.  Am I in over my head?
