And I am getting tired of people not knowing what they are talking about.
Linux vendors offer much better support than most other commercial vendors like Sun, Microsoft. Have you ever called MS or Sun with your questions. Most of the time you hear, "Oh, we know about the problem but wont be working on it anytime soon." Is this your idea of support?
Not to mention the fact that Linux is a rock solid OS and a capable users/admins do not require support. But if you need it, its there and of much higher quality than the BIG guys.
