Thanks for the suggestion.
I was hoping I could set logging off for just one transaction rather than shutting down the entire instance. Like the way you can set the rollback segment for your transaction? 'set transaction use rollback segment rb01'

is there anything like
'set transaction NOARCHIVELOG' ??? Received on Tue May 20 1997 - 00:00:00 CDT
