Oracle <-> ODBC <-> Livewire

I am having a problem to get Netscape Livewire to work
with Oracle.  



Livewire's Javascript just couldn't connect to 
Oracle.  I can use Livewire's Javascript to access
MS Access via ODBC.  I can issue SQL/PL command to 
access Oracle successfully.



It's all in the same Windows NT 4.0 server.



Any suggestion how should I solve this problem?
