There is a free white paper called "Killing an Oracle Session" available at the RevealNet website (http://www.revealnet.com).

This white paper, written by Mike Ault, also includes several scripts. This particular topic has also been added to "RevealNet Oracle Administration Knowledge Base", which can also be downloaded from the website.
