Third party add-ons for Oracle

I have been using Oracle products for about 7 years and really enjoy it. I am developing GUI's using develper 2000 and would like to add some functionality to the form that it not there such as DRAG&DROP. (I know there is a drag&drop routine through Oracle but would like to see if there is anything else availabIe) I am looking at third-party tools to see what is available that integrates into the existing environment. Eventually we will be putting the Oracle GUI to the web. Any tools that make my job easier is appreciated. There is no sense reinventing the wheel if it's already been done.
