Oracle on Unix or NT?

We currently have Oracle 7.1 running on a SCO Unix platform. We want to upgrade to Oracle 7.3 and future upgrades. We can either upgrade to Unix 5 or move to an NT platform. Any general thoughts or comments on this scenario? Pros/cons of either platform?
