Oracle DBA certification exam

I've read a couple of postings in misc.jobs.contract that call from people who have either an "Oracle DBA Masters certificate" or an "Oracle DBA certification exam".

I'm aware of the "Oracle7 DBA Examination" administered by the Chauncey Group and under the auspices of the IOUG.

My question is, are there more than one of these things floating around? Is Oracle offering one directly?
