Not directly. You can do it with triggers. Many will tell you to design your system so this is not an issue in the first place (self included). In the event you already have a system and need such a facility, drop by http://govt.us.oracle.com/ and check out the downloadable utilities. One of them is a package that automates the writing of the triggers needed to do update cascade (while declaritive RI is turned on)....
