Oracle Web Server: WebPad source anywhere?

Hi,

I have Oracle7 7.3.2.3 with Oracle WebServer 1.0 on HP-UX 10.20. Now I'm learning how to use Oracle WebServer by studying the hr and tr demo's.
Browsing through Oracle Magazine I found the article by Jack Haverty, "How to build web applications using Oracle7 and Oracle WebServer" (January/February 1996). To illustrate this he publishes source fragments of WebPad, a Web application from Oracle.
Does anybody know where I can find the full source code for WebPad?
