How to install SQL*Net v1.x from Oracle NT Server?

I am using NT Workstation v4.0. Our Oracle server is running Oracle v7.1.x with SQL*Net v1.x. I downloaded the Oracle Workgroup Server product (all 130MB of it) in order to get the 32-bit v1.x SQL*Net software to run on my NT PC. I unzipped all the files and ran the Oracle Installer but cannot see SQL*Net v1.x listed as one of the installation options. Am I missing something simple here or is v1.x of SQL*Net not included with the download? I received an e-mail after I downloaded it that said:

Please note that V1 support, although included with the trial product, is discontinued in version 7.3 of the database.

I take this to mean that v1.x should be included as an installable option. How do I install it??
