*how to use encrypted ms access database

Anybody know how to use an encrypted Ms Access database, which was created by Ms Access for workgroup, with workgroup name and user password, and use Visual Basic to program an interface to use the database

also anybody know how to automaticaly browse one internet www site by computer itself, and save the web page one by one by computer, can I program it and let netscape to do it , something like internet  search engine, to crawl all page in one site automatically.
