Actually, Personal Oracle 7 should come with 5 user accounts in their default database.

          Account             Password            DatabaseName (connect id)
          ----------             ------------           
----------------------------------
          SYSTEM            MANAGER          ORCL (usually, or blank)
          SCOTT               TIGER                ORCL
          DEMO                DEMO                ORCL
          etc.
