ODBC Security: No Passwords?

I've just installed Oracle's latest 32 bit ODBC dirver which works pretty well. But I was surprised to find that it is not asking for a Username/Password before connecting to the Oracle server. Also, I can't find anywhere where I can turn this "feature" off.

Anyone else run across this? Anyone with any suggestions?
