C++ to relational database mapping tool ?

Could anyone recommend me a C++ to relational database mapping tool ? The following constraints have to be satisfied :

It should run on HP-UX with oracle.
It should run on Windows NT with the ms-sqlserver. It should be relatively high level. Something comparable to Gemstone would be nice.
