Problems with PLL's and Forms 1.3.2

I've migrated to Developer 1.3.2 (Win 3.11) and I've a curious problem.
When I try to start a PLL library from a form, I need another small form
to launch it, in other case I have an F45R.DLL error on 003e:00003a24.
With the old version (I don't remember the version) I haven't this
problem. Any suggestion?
