I just started moving over too.
I am using Oracle on a NetWare server and the manuals are limited. I would really suggest a book.

You might want to check Oracle's web site I thought I saw a utility for new users to help setup databases.

Generally
Use SQL*DBA or SQLManager to first create a new user, then create your tables under that user.
Try looking at the utility SQL*Load for loading the data. Good luck on small interface, (I have not gotten that far) but look at the information for PL/SQL. Received on Fri Mar 21 1997 - 00:00:00 CST
