Depends on what sort of Oracle person you are looking for? DBA? Developer (Forms, Pro*C, PowerBuilder, etc, etc.)? Oracle is a large product with lots of 3rd party support - you really have to tailor your questions to you specific needs.

Suggest you start with: How much Oracle experience do you have? :-)
